AMPED: Turn Up for the Arts at FloridaRAMA Gallery — 09/05/26

St. Petersburg’s arts scene is set to get a boost this fall with AMPED: Turn Up for the Arts, an exhibition and fundraiser opening Sept. 5 at FloridaRAMA Gallery. The call for entries is open through Aug. 16, inviting visual artists, filmmakers, and performers ages 18 and older who live in Pinellas or Hillsborough County to submit original work created within the past two years. While there is no required theme, organizers are encouraging pieces that reflect joy, resilience, growth, and community.

The show will run through Nov. 1 and will bring together a wide range of creative voices in one of the city’s most distinctive arts venues. Artists selected for the exhibition will also receive a complimentary ticket to the Sept. 5 opening celebration, giving participants a chance to connect with fellow creatives, supporters, and arts patrons.

AMPED arrives during a busy season for St. Pete’s cultural community, which continues to expand with new museums, public art initiatives, and neighborhood events. From mural festivals to museum exhibitions, the city remains committed to elevating local talent and creating opportunities for artists to share their work. For those looking to be part of the momentum, AMPED offers both visibility and celebration on a city stage.
