AMPED: Turn Up for the Arts Opens at FloridaRAMA Gallery on 09/05/26

St. Petersburg’s arts calendar is set to heat up this fall when AMPED: Turn Up for the Arts opens at FloridaRAMA Gallery on Sept. 5, 2026. The exhibition and fundraiser, presented as part of the city’s lively arts scene, will remain on view through Nov. 1 and celebrates the creative energy flowing through Pinellas and Hillsborough counties.

Artists ages 18 and older were invited to submit original work completed within the past two years, with no required theme. However, organizers encouraged pieces that reflect joy, resilience, growth, and community—ideas that echo the spirit of the region’s broader cultural momentum. Visual artists, filmmakers, and performers all had the opportunity to take part, making AMPED a multidisciplinary showcase designed to highlight the diversity of local talent.

The opening celebration on Sept. 5 will bring together artists, supporters, and visitors for an evening centered on creativity and connection. Each exhibiting artist will receive a complimentary ticket to the event, underscoring the exhibition’s goal of celebrating and supporting the arts community. With public art, museum openings, and community-driven programs multiplying across St. Pete, AMPED arrives as another sign that the city’s cultural scene continues to grow louder, brighter, and more collaborative.
