St. Pete’s music scene will spotlight its youngest rising stars on July 18 as Girls Rock St. Pete takes over Jannus Live for a special concert tied to the Girls Rock Camp launch. The event will feature 10 bands performing brand-new original songs, giving local youth a chance to showcase the creativity and confidence they’ve built through the camp experience.
The concert is one of the standout weekend events highlighted by I Love the Burg, and it promises an energetic night centered on empowerment, community, and live music. With Jannus Live as the backdrop, attendees can expect a lively atmosphere as each band brings its own sound to the stage. The show not only celebrates the end of a summer program, but also underscores the important role music education and mentorship play in helping young performers find their voices.
For fans of local music, family-friendly outings, and community-driven events, Girls Rock St. Pete offers a chance to support the next generation of St. Petersburg musicians while enjoying an evening of original performances downtown.
