Tampa Theatre is set to host “Grief Sucks: A One Man Show By KevOnStage” on Sunday, Oct. 18, bringing Kevin Fredericks, better known as KevOnStage, to the stage for an evening that blends comedy and honest reflection. The 7:30 p.m. performance is the creator’s first attempt at publicly exploring the grief he has carried since the death of his big brother Jason in 2022. Known as an actor, stand-up comedian, entrepreneur, podcast host, author, influencer, and filmmaker, KevOnStage has built a massive audience across social media with hundreds of millions of views and a deeply engaged fan base.
The show is restricted to guests 18 and older, underscoring its personal and mature subject matter. Tickets are priced from $45.50 to $75.50 before taxes and fees, with subscriber presales available ahead of the public on-sale. Tampa Theatre subscribers can purchase tickets starting at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, July 16, using the subscriber password KEV2026. Tickets then open to the general public at 10:00 a.m. Friday, July 17.
With its mix of humor, vulnerability and lived experience, the one-man show promises an intimate look at how loss shapes identity and creativity.
