Hilary Hahn Performs Beethoven’s Violin Concerto at the Mahaffey Theater on 04/10/27

Violin superstar and three-time Grammy winner Hilary Hahn is set to bring Beethoven’s Violin Concerto to the Mahaffey Theater on Saturday, April 10, 2027, as part of a gala benefit for The Florida Orchestra. The one-night-only performance, titled An Evening with Hilary Hahn, will pair the celebrated soloist with Music Director Michael Francis and the orchestra in a special event designed to blend world-class music with fundraising support for the nonprofit ensemble.

Hahn is known for her expressive artistry, technical brilliance and wide-ranging repertoire. Her 23 recordings have earned major international honors, and her popular #100daysofpractice initiative has inspired more than one million posts from musicians and students. She has also won the Avery Fisher Prize and was named Musical America’s 2023 Artist of the Year.

The gala serves as The Florida Orchestra’s signature fundraising event, supporting its mission to inspire, educate and unite the Tampa Bay community through music. Concert-only tickets go on sale to subscribers and top donors Oct. 20, with public sales beginning Oct. 27. VIP packages and sponsored tables will also offer premium seating, dinner, auction items and opportunities to meet Hahn.
