On March 25, 2026, from 9 AM to 3 PM at Lealman Exchange, Creative Pinellas invites the community to participate in an essential Mental Health First Aid training workshop. As mental health awareness continues to rise, this training aims to equip participants with practical tools to assist individuals facing mental health and substance use challenges in various settings, such as workplaces and homes. The training is facilitated by the Love IV Lawrence foundation and offered at no cost, made possible through a grant from Safe & Sound Hillsborough. Participants are encouraged to register by March 16 to secure their spot, as limited spaces are available. Along with valuable knowledge, attendees will enjoy refreshments and lunch provided during the session. Previous participants, including staff from the Tampa Repertory Theatre, found the training invaluable in dispelling stigma and identifying available resources for mental health support. This initiative not only aims to enhance individual capabilities but also fosters a culture of support within our community. Don’t miss this opportunity to make a positive impact on mental health awareness; register today!
