Music lovers heading into the first week of August have a chance to catch local talent at Open Mic Night at 3 Daughters Brewing. According to the latest I Love the Burg newsletter, the event is set for Wednesday, August 4, and will give local musicians a chance to take the stage at one of St. Petersburg’s popular gathering spots. Open mic nights are a staple of the city’s creative scene, offering a relaxed setting where performers of all styles can share songs, try out new material, and connect with an audience.
Held at 3 Daughters Brewing, the evening pairs live entertainment with the brewery’s laid-back atmosphere, making it a good pick for anyone looking for low-key midweek plans. The newsletter also highlights several other events happening around the area this week, from the St. Pete Night Market to free yoga at the Pier, showing just how busy the local calendar is. But for those who want live music up close and personal, Open Mic Night stands out as a chance to support emerging artists and enjoy a community-focused night out. Whether you’re performing or just listening, it’s a simple summer outing with local flavor.
