Fans of classic adventure cinema will have a chance to revisit one of the genre’s most beloved films when Raiders of the Lost Ark screens at Bonnet Springs Park in Lakeland on Friday, July 31. The free outdoor presentation is part of Tampa Theatre’s On the Road series, which is bringing Choose Your Own Adventure to the Allen & Company Family Lawn for an evening celebrating some of the most iconic adventure films of the 1980s.
The event begins at 8 p.m. with pre-film activities including photo ops and a costume contest, setting the stage for a community movie night under the stars. The film itself will start at sunset.
