Tampa Bay Rodeo at Hillsborough County Fairgrounds – 09/05/26

The Tampa Bay Rodeo is riding back into Hillsborough County Fairgrounds for a fall weekend showdown on September 4 and 5, with gates opening at 4:30 p.m. each night. After a sold-out rodeo in July, organizers are bringing back the excitement for an even bigger Labor Day Weekend celebration tied to America’s 250th anniversary year. The first-ever Fall Tampa Bay Rodeo & Family Festival promises two full nights of rodeo action, including bull riding, bronco busting, barrel racing, calf roping, and more.

But the event is more than just arena competition. Families can arrive early to enjoy the festival atmosphere, featuring live music by Noah Hunton, food vendors, a mechanical bull, axe throwing, giant inflatable slides, and military vehicle displays. The event is also being billed as a chance to honor the military while enjoying what organizers call Florida’s Hottest Show on Dirt.

With activities designed for all ages, the rodeo aims to blend high-energy entertainment with a family-friendly festival experience. The event will take place rain or shine, though activities are subject to change.
