Soccer fans in St. Petersburg will have a major date to circle on Sept. 5, 2025, when the Tampa Bay Rowdies host Brooklyn FC at Al Lang Stadium. The matchup is part of the Rowdies’ Community Heroes Night, adding a local, community-focused twist to the evening’s action. For supporters, it’s more than just a regular season game — it’s a chance to celebrate the club, enjoy the atmosphere at one of the city’s most recognizable waterfront venues, and take part in an event designed to spotlight those making a difference in the community.
The Rowdies have long been one of Tampa Bay’s signature sports teams, and Al Lang remains a favorite gathering place for fans looking to catch high-energy soccer close to downtown St. Pete. With Brooklyn FC visiting, the match should bring a fresh competitive edge as the team looks to deliver an entertaining night on the pitch.
Community Heroes Night also gives the event broader appeal beyond soccer regulars. Whether attendees come for the match, the atmosphere, or the chance to support a good cause, Sept. 5 promises to be a standout night on the local sports calendar.
