FloridaCraftArt is set to host the opening reception for “x1000” on August 8, 2025, giving visitors a fresh look at the creative possibilities of printmaking. According to the event listing in I Love the Burg’s weekend roundup, the exhibition explores repetition and multiples, a fitting theme for a medium built on layered impressions and recurring forms. The reception offers guests a chance to see the work firsthand, talk about the process behind the pieces, and celebrate the artists bringing the concept to life.
The event stands out as part of a busy weekend in St. Petersburg, which also includes major happenings like the Saturday Morning Market, National Pickleball Day activities, and St. Pete Foodie Fest. But for art lovers, the FloridaCraftArt reception looks like one of the weekend’s most intriguing cultural stops. With its focus on printmaking, the show highlights how repetition can be transformed into something expressive, surprising, and deeply personal.
For anyone interested in contemporary craft and visual art, the “x1000” opening reception promises an engaging start to the exhibit’s run.
